Self-compassion isn’t about feeling sorry for yourself. It’s an active process that sometimes requires making tough changes for your own growth and healing.
Sometimes we feel like we don’t deserve the trust or respect we’ve earned. That voice inside can make us doubt our worth even when everything says otherwise. Remember, your value isn’t up for debate.
I’m not here to tell you what to do. What I can do is share questions that invite you to look inward and discover your own truth. Sometimes self-discovery starts with curiosity, not certainty.
